Sarah Jones is the Founder and Principal of Harp Integrity Solutions, a boutique consultancy specialising in human‑centred, trauma‑informed integrity systems. She brings more than 20 years of executive experience across global organisations, including serving as Chief Business Conduct Officer at Rio Tinto, Head of Ethics & Investigations at BHP, and Global Counsel at Orica.

Across these roles, Sarah designed and implemented enduring, people‑centred frameworks that aligned people, process, and system — strengthening organisational integrity, improving reporting cultures, and building safe, trusted pathways for employees to speak up. Her work has consistently focused on creating clarity, fairness, and defensible decision‑making in complex environments.
